I am a veteran and have been going here getting really good faides for bout 7 months. The girls here cut hair really good but recent events w the manager and one other stylist here have made me feel uncomfortable comming in to get the last 2 of the 3 haircuts i purchased in advance. Especially with the way management treated me and handled my issue with being double charged on my 1st cut. I got the 1st haircut since purchassing the package deal and was told i had one credit of 3 left. I had to go back "Two Separate" times to talk to the manager to correct it. Both times she refused to actually take a minute to read the receipt and do the SIMPLE MATH.The reciept was slightly faded but u could see charges and the transaction # well. I asked if she could go into the system and look at the transaction or reprint the reciept to see what happened. She refused again and basically and kept saying the $20 cash tip i paid was the reason it was $22 more than what i should have paid. The $20 CASH tip was shown separate from the total amount charged on the reciept. It is now January and I havent even been back to get the rest of my money because i was treated like i was a threat when all i wanted was a credit back for one of the haircuts. I came in very calm and was treated like I didnt know what i was talking about. I had to call my bank to get the money returned to me for the double charge. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE.
