I went in for a haircut the day before Thanksgiving and Alexander cut my hair. The haircut was absolutely incredible. Alexander was a pleasure to talk too and he did an outstanding job on the haircut.

I don't like to write bad reviews, but I went in for a standard guys short haircut, I even showed a couple of pictures of what I was looking for. The lady did not speak English very well, so I have a hard time understanding what she was saying, so no communication about what I like. Then the other hair stylists are watching as if they know she cannot cut hair, she gets comments from another saying how she should do it, then she attempts to help. It took over an hour of getting my hair cut for a hair cut that will take usually about 20 min. End result my hair does not look good at all, (I should have said it was crap, but I needed to get back to work, being gone over an hour cuts into work a bit) I just wanted to get out of there since it was so bad... Will never go back to this place.

I brought my child yesterday around 6:15pm for a haircut to Bellevue 140th location and it was our first time. there were two female hair stylist in the shop at that time but slightly younger one was cutting our child's hair and she was horrible, it was clear that she didn't know what she was doing. She kept spraying on our child's hair with water, I mean she basically wash his hair with that spray until you cannot even tell whether he had a haircut or not. By the time she was done our child's hair looked like a bumpy road. When I finally asked her if she could fixed our child's hair which looked crazy she blamed our child's hair. We had to go to a different barber shop today to fix our child's hair. It was our first time and it will be our last time for sure and I would never refer anyone to go to that place.

I came in the afternoon and saw the stylist I always see KR. Normally she does an awesome job but that day she was noticeably distracted. Stylist need to learn not to bring their home life to work with them. And if there are other issues, I encourage the stylist that used to be on her "A game" to seek help immediately! It's your life kid. Hope to see you well soon.

Pamela is horrible, she did not even ask that we wanted for our 2 year old but just started cutting. When I expressed concerns as it was getting too short, she told me it was fine and kept cutting more off. I asked her to please stop again as when it's too short it sticks up & she continued to argue and told me I was wrong it would not stick up AND CONTINUED CUTTING MORE. I objected again and was told "it will grow, its summer." I am absolutely livid that this woman has any audacity to not only go against my wishes but argue with me. My son now looks like a reject from Dumb and Dumber. Never again.
